Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will work closely with unit managers and actively contribute to achieving the organization's goals regarding quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and support staff in their daily work and be a role model in the team. You contribute to a good collaborative climate and work according to the organizational values.
The planner acts as the hub between customers and staff, responsible for ensuring the right service is provided at the right time, with the right person. This role is central to the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of the organization. The planner creates structure, continuity, and efficiency.
You will, among other things, create daily and long-term planning in Lifecare, receive new assignments from case managers or licensed personnel and input them into the system, considering continuity, competence, and customer preferences when allocating staff. Your position will involve daytime work as well as some weekend work, and your tasks may change within administrative work depending on the organization's needs.
Your Profile
- As a planner, you need to be structured, stress-resistant, and meticulous. You should have good organizational skills and be able to prioritize quickly. Knowledge of logistics and computer programs is essential.
- You are communicative and collaborative. You understand both the organization's goals and the staff's daily realities. You work with the customer's safety and quality in focus.
- Experience in care and support work, knowledge of the Social Services Act, and experience with the systems we use, e.g., Lifecare Planning, are advantageous. Experience from 24/7 operations is also a plus.
As a person, we believe you have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective, enjoy being challenged, and have a good understanding of economics. You possess good social skills and thrive in creating creative, solution-focused dialogues. You enjoy collaborating with others to find effective solutions in planning. Your personality is important to us, such as being loyal and stable.
About the Workplace
Leksand Municipality's home care service operates 24/7 throughout the year. There are about 100 employees divided into three larger home care groups and a night patrol. The home care service is currently based in Tibble.
You will work with a unit manager and be responsible for your area with home care customers whose visits need to be planned throughout the day. You will collaborate with other planners who are responsible for their respective areas, and together you can support each other in daily tasks.
